Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through wearephases.com, operated by KIT Products, Co. dba PHASES. Because prescription medications, including compounded medications prepared specifically for you, cannot lawfully be returned to stock and reused, refund rules differ by stage of your order.

2. Before Your Consultation

You may cancel at any time before a Provider begins reviewing your intake and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

3. If Treatment Is Not Approved

If the Provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will refund all amounts paid for medication, though the consultation fee is non-refundable. 

4. After a Prescription Is Issued

You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once your medication has been compounded or shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, because state pharmacy law prohibits the reuse of dispensed medications. We will tell you your order status at any time on request.

5. Our Errors, Damage, and Loss

We will replace at no cost, or refund in full, any order that arrives damaged, spoiled due to a cold-chain failure, materially delayed such that the medication's integrity is in question, incorrect as shipped against the prescription, or lost in transit. Report issues to support@wearephases.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date, with photographs where applicable. Replacement of temperature-sensitive medications will be coordinated with the dispensing pharmacy.

6. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@wearephases.com. Cancellation is effective immediately as to all future billing cycles. If your next order has already been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment when you cancel, which can occur up to 48 hours before the billing date shown in your account, that order will be completed and is governed by Sections 4 and 5. Where state automatic-renewal law grants you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. We do not charge cancellation fees. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback and we will investigate promptly.
